After trying of all above options , I was trying for reinstall the OS, but when start install the win xp the partition of the C: drive see me Unknown partition C:\>_). It started when Norton found a virus and said it must shut down to repair, and that was the end. I don’t have any other Norton products or real time security programs installed.

Or updated any software? When you used the factory reset, does it give you Vista or Vista SP1 or Vista SP2. Use Windows Update to download service packs for Windows 7 or Vista, as well as all the latest important and optional updates for the computer.
